This section includes the crew and actor call sheet. It will include a table of instructions for the crew and actors, where they need to be on what days, what characters they are playing and what props they will need to bring. I have put this into a table because it will then be easier for actors to know exactly where they are needed and on which days. This also makes it easier for the production team, so we know what we need to provide and what the actors do so everything is organised and everyone knows clearly what they are supposed to do. This enables us to remain organised as we know who is needed for the next step, so we can plan in advance.

Above are the tables I have constructed, demonstrating the crew and actors requirements for each shoot. The first table shown in for Day 1, and underneath that, are the sheet for day 2 and 3. I separated them into divided tables to make it easier to show which actors are needed for each different days.
