P1(G) DAILY SHOOTING SCHEDULE

Below is a table I have drawn up, showing the production schedule of the shooting days. I have set this up so each row demonstrates a day and each column represents the type of activity. This is a useful tool to have as it helps me to stay organised during the filming process. Looking at this during this period will help me to make faster and more efficient decisions about where I am filming next, which scene, how long it will take and which equipment I will need. Using this schedule, combined with the shot list will ensure I have enough material to work from so I know exactly which steps that needed to be taken next.

Contingency Plan

There are a lot of aspect to the production of this short film. Therefore, there will be problems that we will come against. Due to this a contingency plan will be drawn up in order to prepare if any problems occur, so I can sort them out quickly without delaying production for too long. As we are filming at the school, if the location we have planned is not available, we can look to another classroom within the school, so this is a fairly simple contingency plan. If the timings do not work, we will all get together as a group to discuss the best times that everyone can do. If the day one timings don't work, I will add these filming activities to day 3.
